What quality of raw materials do we use?
All of our products are used made using sustainable wood. For every tree that we use, we plant two more. It's made out of the highest quality wood out of India.
How long does it take to fulfill orders?
All our domestic bulk orders are fulfilled within 7-20 days depending on quantities and product, which shall be conveyed to you before final confirmation. For international orders, the timeframe increases depending on export rules. Please contact us for international shipping timeline.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We believe everyone should enjoy our high-quality products. That's why we've set a low minimum order quantity of just 30 pieces for any SKU.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance. 50% before dispatch.
