Shipping policy

How long before you get your purchase?

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Occasionally, delays can occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to provide timely deliveries for all customers. Please note that orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

How do we deliver the orders?

We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners to ensure your items reach you safely and securely. For detailed information on furniture delivery, please visit the product pages on our website.

Order Tracking

Head over to ‘Track My Order’ to monitor your package. We will send you an email with the details shortly after your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner's name will be sent to you via text message/email. Visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we provided to track the current location of your shipment and the expected date of delivery. What if you're not around when we deliver?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order twice. If you are not available, the order will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile number, to help us deliver your order faster.

Payment

For shipping within India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) and provide Net Banking options across major banks. We also offer the option of Cash on Delivery for selected pin codes.
